We have specialized in equipment engineering and production since 2013. Developed in 2021, the GR-198 has approximately five years of field application, with more than 2,000 machines in service. It supports proven MIG/MAG (GMAW) and FCAW filling and capping applications; root-pass welding is not supported.

Training & Commissioning

Remote installation guidance and operator training are coordinated for the delivered configuration.

We provide an initial response within 12 hours and coordinate technical diagnosis with the manufacturing team.

Export Delivery

The main carriage can be reused; additional pipe diameters normally require a new project-specific track.

Commercial documents, packing and international shipping coordination are handled through one export contact.

Application Review

We review pipe OD, wall thickness, material, groove, weld-pass scope, power and site access before confirmation.

Configuration & FAT

We coordinate the manufacturing team, project-specific track and an agreed factory acceptance test scope.

Public marketing uses non-sensitive manufacturing evidence. Qualified customers can complete deeper verification before order confirmation.

Export Delivery

Branding, nameplate, contract, manuals and compliance files follow the actual manufacturing and certification entities. Zynderning branding does not replace legally required manufacturer information.

Application Review

We can provide the partner's operating history, Beijing location, anonymized facility and team materials, manufacturing and commissioning evidence, trial-weld data, FAT records and non-sensitive compliance pages.

Configuration & FAT

Qualified customers may review the legal manufacturer, detailed address, business licence, complete CE and test documents, manufacturer authorization, video audit and supporting project records under NDA.

Complete manufacturer and compliance documentation can be provided to qualified customers under NDA before order confirmation.
