ZORVANEX GR-198 Automatic All-Position Pipe Welding System

The ZORVANEX GR-198 is a track-guided automatic pipe welding system designed for field installation, process-pipe fabrication, and circumferential welding in complex positions.

Each system is supplied with a dedicated fixed track customized to the customer’s confirmed pipe diameter. The welding carriage travels steadily around the pipe, supporting controlled and repeatable fill and cap welding after a manual GTAW root pass.

The GR-198 supports welding positions from 1G to 6GX and can be configured for GMAW and FCAW-GS applications. It is suitable for carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and stainless steel. For duplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, and other special materials, the welding process can be reviewed and configured according to the project requirements.

With segmented program control, operators can set and recall travel speed, wire-feed speed, and weave parameters for different welding sections. This helps improve welding consistency, reduce manual adjustment, and support more efficient pipe-welding operations.

The standard package includes a welding carriage, one dedicated track, handheld remote control, control cable, and a welding power source with built-in controller. Additional dedicated tracks are available for projects involving multiple pipe diameters.
